The second most common message is about switching off aluminum antiperspirant. Many people notice a one-to-three week adjustment period where they sweat more than usual as sweat glands re-regulate. That's normal, it passes, and our tallow-and-coconut base is specifically there to keep underarm skin calm while it does. If you're two weeks in and frustrated, email us before you give up — there's almost always a simple fix, like applying a thinner layer to fully dry skin.

Orders, shipping, and returns

Orders ship from Taylor, Texas within one to two business days, usually via USPS, and typically arrive in three to seven business days inside the continental U.S. Free shipping kicks in over $50. If a jar arrives melted from a hot mail truck, let it firm back up at room temperature — tallow softens above about 90°F and its properties don't change. If something arrives damaged, or you simply don't love it, email us within 30 days and we'll refund or replace it. Because these are personal-care products we can't resell returns, so there's nothing to ship back.
