What women often look for in a natural deodorant
Many women who try natural deodorant say the same things: they want something that doesn't sting after shaving, doesn't smell like a perfume counter, and doesn't leave white marks on dark clothing. Baking soda and strong fragrance are common reasons a natural deodorant doesn't work out.
Our formula is the same for everyone, but it was designed around those preferences: no baking soda, no fragrance, and a balm that absorbs rather than coats.
Why Lone Star fits
Tallow gives the balm a rich, conditioning feel. Coconut oil softens it so it spreads at body temperature. Arrowroot keeps it from feeling slick. Magnesium hydroxide helps control odor without the alkalinity of baking soda.
If you've just shaved, waiting a few minutes before applying any deodorant is a good habit. Patch test on the inside of your arm first if your skin tends to react.
Ingredients
The full deodorant formula — four ingredients
- 1
100% grass-fed & finished beef tallow
The base. A stable, skin-friendly fat that carries the balm and leaves underarms conditioned.
- 2
Organic cold-pressed unrefined coconut oil
Softens the balm so it spreads at body temperature.
- 3
Organic arrowroot powder
A plant starch that absorbs surface moisture so the balm doesn't feel wet.
- 4
Magnesium hydroxide
A gentle mineral that helps control odor without baking soda.
No aluminum, no baking soda, no beeswax, no seed oils, no synthetic fragrance, no essential oils. It is a deodorant, not an antiperspirant — it helps control odor and does not stop sweat. Read about every ingredient.
